Chocolate Cottage Pudding

Posted: January 20, 2011 in Recipes

Ingredients

2 cups (16 oz container) fat free cottage cheese
2 cups skim milk
1 (six-serving) package chocolate instant pudding mix, fat free, sugar free

Directions

Mix cottage cheese, milk, and pudding mix in blender until smooth. Refrigerate until set (doesn’t take long). This is slightly thicker than regular instant pudding, with a lot more protein. 1/2 of a cup (1 serving) is a great snack, 1 cup will really tide you over.
